A Senior Accountant position focused on real estate portfolio accounting and financial reporting. What you will be doing

• Review accounting and multi-family portfolio performance on a monthly basis, including tracking contributions, distributions, and cash management
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Improve and document month-end procedures and workbooks to enhance financial reporting accuracy
• Support the corporate accounting function with responsibilities appropriate to a senior-level role

What the role requires

• CPA designation or currently pursuing CPA qualification
• 3+ years of accounting experience in industry or public practice
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting and financial reporting standards
• Real estate experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
