What you will be doing

• Supervise assurance engagements from planning through completion while maintaining adherence to professional standards
• Review complex accounting files and assurance work, ensuring quality control across all engagements
• Lead, coach, and develop an accounting team through regular feedback, performance evaluations, and skills training
• Manage engagement resources to maximize profitability while exceeding client expectations
• Participate in practice development initiatives and business planning
• Monitor emerging technologies, industry developments, and business trends affecting clients
• Build and maintain professional networks internally and externally

What the role requires

• Four to five years of experience as an auditor in public accounting
• Thorough knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and corporate governance requirements
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
