This IT Support role provides technical assistance across infrastructure, security, and business applications in an operational environment. You will manage cloud infrastructure, handle security systems, support end users, and coordinate issue tracking and training.

What you will be doing

Install and manage virtual machines on AWS and Azure cloud platforms
Install and maintain security certificates and firewall systems
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and Office 365 environments
Manage SharePoint applications and support business users
Log bugs and enhancement requests in ticketing systems
Deliver platform training to end users

What the role requires

5 years of IT support experience in a business or industrial environment
University degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure virtual machine deployment
Proficiency with firewall and security system installation and troubleshooting
Experience using support ticket tracking tools such as Jira
