A client-facing management role in public practice, leading non-assurance review engagements and supervising junior staff. The position involves technical oversight across multiple service lines including audit, accounting, and tax, with responsibility for coaching team members and contributing to firm-wide quality standards.

What you will be doing

• Oversee and review non-assurance engagements and client service deliverables
• Coach and supervise staff accountants and junior team members
• Contribute to technical quality across audit, tax, and advisory service lines
• Lead special projects, technical research, and client problem-solving
• Review staff-prepared engagement files for technical accuracy and compliance

What the role requires

• 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• At least 1 year reviewing staff-prepared engagement files
• Deep knowledge of Canadian corporate tax
• Advanced skills in Caseware, Caseview, Taxprep, and Microsoft Office
• Strong technical research abilities with capacity to reach sound conclusions
